The start of a new year with all our shiny new resolutions can be overwhelming. We're full of good intentions about how we're going to transform our lives but without a clear plan of action we can easily slip back into old ways.
The weather doesn't seem to help either and rather than hitting the gym we may feel like curling up on the sofa eating comfort food, not quite what we had in mind! A little bit of sofa hibernation isn't actually a bad thing though as the start of a new year is a wonderful time for introspection.
Rather than trying to change everything we can look at the bigger picture; what we want to change and what we'd like to attract instead. When we let go of something we create a space in our lives for something else to be present and with positive action and baby steps we can manifest it with ease.
