Hello, I’m Tania, an Energy and Wellbeing Therapist, and I'm passionate about empowering positive change. I believe life is far too short to feel unhappy with who you are or how you look and that true beauty and fulfilment comes from within.
No matter the looks you’ve inherited, the body shape you’re in or the life you have experienced you deserve to feel happy in your own skin.
Easier said than done, I know, but that’s where I come in! After suffering with low self esteem for years and seeing how a lack of self belief holds many others back I began studying different therapies about 10 years ago finding what works for myself and others.
I now have a toolkit of trusted treatments that can help to free you from negative thinking, limiting thoughts and a wide variety of issues. Whether you have low self esteem, a history of failed relationships, a body or food issue, or you’re simply feeling unfulfilled I can help you transform to your highest potential.
